So instead of RO stuff this entry will be purely real life oriented.

Well right now Andreas is at Lenni's place, so since I got off school early, I have found time to update my journal. Been waiting, huh? So now I sit here, drinking Sprite, eating Starburst and watching What Not To Wear...

Sounds healthy don't it? XD But honestly, that and chocolate, is what my menses have told me to crave this month, so that's what I'll snack on...why can't they ever make me crave healthy things like carrots? Oh, right, because it's healthy.

Winter's coming hard this year, I can tell. Leaves are already starting to change colors. Last year they didn't start closer to Halloween. The earlier the leaves start changing, the worse the winter will be, from my experience. Usually in the winter, it starts by raining, then the rain freezes overnight, causing black ice, then it snows on top of the ice, then it rains again creating slush, then it freezes, then it snows again...it's not the greatest to walk on.

Oh well! We'll see if the old routine keeps up this year!

I've started reading the Diary of Anne Frank. It's very good...is it bad I've never read it? I love it. She always addresses the Diary by "Kitty" which suits me just fine because my nickname is Kitty. The way she wrote, though...feels very personal to read. It's strange, reading everything like someone's pouring thier innermost thoughts and thier heart out to you.

Next maybe I should read Romeo and Juliet!

I've been exhausted lately...and so I didn't update. Been taking care of my fish, recovering from Flu, and playing RO. I had a laugh a few times...

For the record I left Ragequit because they acted extremily sexist.





He didn't come back. And I havn't seen him since I reported him either...the GMs seem to be doing thier jobs. I think he's got a grudge on me for chewing him out on the forums lol.

Killed these for 2 days and collected about 400 bills...then leveled my merch. Now I've moved on to Caramels and Cocos ^^. I'm going to kill more tomorrow between cooking and baking.

Monday is thanksgiving in Canada...my family celebrates it on the sunday due to my dad's work schedule. I'll prolly have lots to talk about after that, so watch out!

So I'm sick for the past few days - And I mean really sick, I don't know what the heck I have! I've been vomiting all night every hour or so and not even Pepto Bismol helped (but rice did, go figure). Soooo I figured I'd make a post.

Honestly, I couldn't help noticing...these stairs are freaking cool. o.o

This took about 2 hours...a total of 9 tries and lots of frustration. I not only got the hardest item set, but also the hardest map to get to. I ended up needing some help getting through it in the end.


Here's the lil lady who made it all possible, KAD! On my ninth try through the tunnel, she buffed me, gave me authoritive badges and strawberries. I owe it all to her. ;-; Without her I prolly would have given up and gone sin lol.


I have the coolest pet ever.


This is Sweden, what is now my Merchant. I left her right there a few days ago and decided "Well, I have things to sell now, I'll go make a Merchant."


:D She's so cute!!

Collected about 200 of these, then had to go to bed. My damage sucks XD!

Friday is here, and I'm sorry I havn't updated in song long! I was ever so stressed this week...first, on Wednesday, I nearly got hit by a car (thank gods he stopped like 5 inches away from me!) and then mom's van got stolen last night...now that I finally get to relax, I can post what meagre amount of stuff happened in the past few days! And sorry again for the late update!

There are truly no words to describe such advanced stupidity.



And then I went back to Mukas. And this dropped. Yaaaaaay...to be honest I didn't even bother to look and see what it does. I just picked it up, then went and got some chicken nuggets to reward myself. If anyone wants it, it's on sale. XP



Someone bought my clip! :D ...But I don't think it was a very good deal! I'm not even sure what they're worth...I see some people seeling for 1.5m, I see some selling for 800k, I see some selling for 400k, some selling for 200k and 100k! O_o;



Since I do not yet have an angel pic up, here ya go. I went and bought some more pots and a Damascus after this.



Population seems to be growing! O_O;

So this morning, I woke up feeling really ewww, so I asked mom if I could stay home. She let me, so I slept in a bit, then hopped on RO. I decided to level a bit, mostly solo today, and I got pretty far, all things considered. I'm actually a really slow leveler. ^_^; I get very distracted sometimes I wonder if I really do have ADD!

It was pleasant to find out during Maint while I watched What Not To Wear that Valk was getting an exp and drops boost. It should be quite nice, honestly. I played a while and it really did make a huge difference.
 
Either way, here's a summary of the past few days.

Last night I went out to TF2 with a girl named Sunako and a boy named Kaiser. They were both very good and competent and I would definately party with them again given the chance. We all leveled up a little, died a few times, made a few jokes and discussed our pet fishes. If whoever fed Kaiser's fish apple jacks is reading this, feel guilty, it died! D: 



I found Kad on the airship. She was originally planning to wander around Einbroch, but I offered her a quick party round Metalings. We had lots of fun and got lots of exp.



This happened a few times. She actually seems pretty mob happy, but I'm not really complaining. Honestly, I found her trying to run 20 metalings actually quite funny. It was so much fun, and I hope we can party again in the future! (She recently outleveled me XD).



I decided to solo metalings this morning and I did pretty good. Farmed Novices that generally had some sort of product endorsement (Coca Cola, Pepsi, one was actually NAMED Product Endorsement), and spammed pots like there was no tomorrow. I died a few more times than I'd like but I'm quite sure that was due to my own negligence, caused by MSN, my betta fish, and TV. Lol.



This was about 20 seconds after server came back up, and 20 seconds before the Emergency Maintence which lasted like 3 minutes. Apparently, these dropping was an accident. Was pretty nice to collect 6 of em and NPC sell em for 200z each though. Most of me wishes they'd kept that...the rest of me agrees with them being gone, one less thing for botters to bot for.



I was so excited to get this before the steel chonchons did that I forgot to screen it on the ground! Hope this screenie suffices! It's my first card on Valk...I'm still torn on whether to keep it or sell it. I'm not even sure what it's worth!



Aaand here's where I'm at now. I hope I can level a little more efficiently tomorrow and be rogue by the end of the week! Sometimes, I really hate the fact that school even exists! It really sucks. Oh well. If I don't go my lover won't talk to me for the day. Which really sucks. T_T

Well, so far, I've been playing about...3-4 days or so? Well, since it opened. Honestly, I didn't keep track. Amazingly, despite being quite heavily nerfed, iRO Valkyrie is...much, much more fun than I remember RO being. I've gone on a few parties and done quite a bit of solo adventuring, so here's some screenshots.

I have a few things to say regarding this screenshot.

It took me a very long time to become a thief and then get to Prontera, where I immediately saved. Honestly, I spent about 2 and a half hours getting the mushrooms for the thief test. Totally ridiculous, and any noob who wants to be a thief is never going to stay on the game if this is the trouble (unless, of course, they're former Masochism Online- I mean, FlyFF - players.) they run into first thing off.

Then, I walked from Morocc to Prontera, as they have removed warps from most of the towns except for Prontera and Juno. Prontera warps to pretty much every major spot, including Aldebaran and Comodo, for 2000 zeny a pop. Not bad, if I do say so myself, but it's high enough to motivate me to want to collect as many free warp tickets as I possibly can.



Then I bought a pair of goggles for 1k from a vendor in Prontera. Not only do they provide 5 DEF, but they are also SUPER *~.:^*KAWAII*^:.~*. Seriously, this has got to be my favourite headgear in the whole game.



By putting all my stats from the last 12 levels into STR, I've managed to generate considerable damage, considering the circumstances that I'm only using a Novice Main Gauche Ver. 2.0. It sure helped later.



All things considered, Valkyrie is actually really active. Heh, doesn't it remind you of the old Beta days?



After a day and a half, I got tired of culverts so I went to Payon cave to make some spare change. Honestly, I don't need much zeny, so I just saved up enough for a new weapon. I later bought a Stiletto.



I then bought a Stiletto and headed off to Wolves, expecting to be there a long time. I was soon invited to a party. There were actually about 5 more people, but we decided to split off into two groups and cover some ground. Our total there was 3 Swordies, Two Acos, Two Archers, and me. It started out I was the highest in the group, but quickly was bested by a Swordie who beat me later on by one level. Darnit.




Then we headed off to Mukas. Same people, and we once again split into two groups. Same groups. We were the Alpha group, the other, the Beta group. Or, as Merielle decided to call us, Bubbles and Buttercup. I liked her names better. Honestly, RO is seriously not made to be a solo game! EXP seriously flies so much faster in larger parties, especially if you split up. I wish on the main servers people would party more...really, ANYWHERE is good. It doesn't matter what you're killing, it seriously goes so much faster in parties. Not to mention exp tapping.

...We did have some trouble with the hunter fly. We got wiped, but I forgot to screenshot it. T_T

Soon after that, we went to Hodes, got wiped by Frilldora a few times, headed to another map, did some Desert Wolves, ran from Phreeoni, and then the party, for the most part, broke up. At least, I didn't attend the rest.



And this is where I am now. Not bad, if I do say so myself, considering I do also attend school and have a job. XP Maybe, since I don't have work this week, I'll be able to hit Rogue! That would be awesome! :D
